Message definition (System Settings/Startup and Shutdown)

With scripts you have one further option: in the <menuchoice>Run On</menuchoice> column you will find a dropdown list with three options: <menuchoice>Startup</menuchoice>, <menuchoice>Shutdown</menuchoice> and <menuchoice>Pre-KDE Startup</menuchoice>, which determine when the script is run - at startup (after the desktop is started), when you log out, or during start up of the desktop, respectively. Note, that to use either of the last two options, the script must have the <tt>.sh</tt> extension.

Amb els scripts disposeu d'una opció addicional: En la columna Executa a es troba una llista desplegable amb tres opcions: Inici, Aturada i Inici previ al KDE, el qual determina quan s'executarà l'script -a l'inici (una vegada iniciat l'escriptori), en tancar la sessió o durant l'arrencada de l'escriptori, respectivament-. Tingueu en compte que per utilitzar qualsevol de les dues últimes opcions, l'script ha de tenir l'extensió .sh.
