'''How-to:''' Start Muon Discover. Select Sources, Configure Software Sources in the window. Enter your administrative password at the prompt. Left-click the 'Other Software' tab. Uncheck the appropriate box in the center section of the window to disable a repository. Left-click the 'Close' button. A prompt will appear to update the package list. Muon will now forget the no longer available software.

Hvordan gør man: Start Muon Discover. Vælg Indstillinger, Indstil softwarekilder i vinduet. Angiv din administrative adgangskode når du bliver spurgt. Klik på fanebladet 'Anden software'. Fjern fluebenet i den relevante boks i vinduets miderste felt for at deaktivere et arkiv. Klik på knappen 'Luk'. En dialog dukker op om opdatering af pakkelisten. Muon vil nu få lov til at finde den nyligt tilføjede software.
