Message definition (Digikam/Renaming Photos)

Besides date and time, the <menuchoice>Rename</menuchoice> dialog window offers a few other useful options. The <menuchoice>Camera</menuchoice> button, for example, allows you to add the camera model to the file name. This can be useful if you are using several cameras and you want to quickly identify photos taken with a specific camera. The <menuchoice>Metadata</menuchoice> button gives you access to EXIF and other photo metadata you can use in renaming rules.

Окрім дати і часу, у вікні Перейменування ви знайдете ще декілька корисних варіантів створення назв. Наприклад, за допомогою кнопки Фотоапарат можна додати до назви файла назву моделі фотоапарата. Ця назва буде корисною, якщо ви знімали декількома фотоапаратами і бажаєте швидко знайти фотографії, зроблені за допомогою одного з них. За допомогою кнопки Метадані ви зможете отримати доступ до метаданих EXIF та інших метаданих, якими можна скористатися для створення правил перейменування.
