To access your appdata, press <keycap>Win + R</keycap> (<keycap>Windows</keycap> key and <keycap>R</keycap> key simultaneously) and type '''APPDATA''' (all caps). Go to <tt>local</tt> and within it rename <tt>kdenliverc</tt> to <tt>kdenliverc.old</tt>.
