Spaţiul de lucru Plasma este unul din tehnologiile cheie ale KDE SC 4.x (de asemenea cunoscut ca şi "Pillars of KDE"), şi unul din cele mai vizibile pentru utilizatori. Cum Plasma Desktop tratează diferit interfaţa utilizatorului faţă de un desktop tradiţional, poate exista confuzie cu privire la ce este Plasma Desktop,ce face şi cum efectuează sarcini comune.

The animations can also be used outside of UserBase. The BBCode (used in most forums) to post a linked thumbnail is:

Replace GIF with the URL to the GIF file. The corresponding HTML code is:
