KolourPaint vuole essere un'applicazione di disegno per l'utente con necessità "medie". È dotata di un'interfaccia semplice ed ordinata con tutti gli strumenti che ci si può attendere.

- Choice between Opaque and Transparent selections.
- Undo, Redo and Clipboard support
- Colour Similarity support - fill those dithered areas
