Message definition (KRuler)

The context menu allows you to
* <menuchoice>Rotate</menuchoice> and change the <menuchoice>Scale</menuchoice> of the ruler
* Adjust the <menuchoice>Opacity</menuchoice>

Il menu contestuale ti permette di

ruotare e modificare la scala del righello;
regolarne l'opacità;
configurare il colore e il carattere del righello.
