KMail is part of a default KDE install on openSUSE.
If you want to install it,
- Go to [software.opensuse.org/package/kmail] for one-click installs.
- Or go to YaST2 software management module and install it from there.
- Alternatively, you may open Konsole. Type as root:
zypper in kmail
