Outils disponibles
- Aspect des pages vous aide à rendre standard l'aspect de vos pages
- Boîte à outils montre les balises wiki à utiliser pour obtenir l'effet dont vous avez besoin
- Règles typographiques standardise le marquage pour l'utilisation de la traduction, soit pour générer des manuels officiels (DocBook) ou pour traduire dans d'autres langues.
Etapes
- Cliquez sur le bouton Editer
- Vous dervriez voir un aperçu de la page, avec la Boîte d'édition en dessous — il est possible que ayez à decendre plus bas dans la page. Si vous ne voyez pas l'aperçu, activez d'abord l'option dans vos préférences
- Faites vos modifications dans la boîte d'édition
- Ecrivez un résumé d'une ligne en indiquant ce que vous avez changé dans la Boîte résumé
- Cliquez sur le bouton
- Check how the page looks like in the preview. If you have included links, hover over them and look at the status bar to see if they are going to take you to the intended location; or better still, open the link in a new tab.
- If you need to correct anything, make the changes in the Edit box and click again. Repeat until you're happy with the results
- Cliquez sur pour sauvegarder votre travail
Warning
NEVER add new translate section tags (which look like <!--T:18-->). The software will do everything necessary with tags, and manually changing them will break the system.

Note
A double-Enter is required to make a new paragraph - that is, there must be an empty line between the heading and the paragraph. Please use this, as it puts headings in a separate translation unit which is preferred by translators using external tools.
Note
If you are making frequent edits to your page, please use either {{Construction}} or {{Being_Edited}} so that translators and other contributors know to wait until you are finished.
Warning
Avoid using text smilies as they cause problems for translation applications. Instead use {{Smiley}}
