• Deformar un texto usando una vía.

Tip

Si un docker no es visible, puede dirigirse a Settings -> Dockers menu, o hacer click derecho en el título de otro contenedor y marcarlo para que sea visible.

Primer paso deformando texto

To add an artistic text shape, go to the Add shape docker, click on the Artistic Text icon, and drag it to the canvas.

Luego de agregar una forma, tal vez quiera modificar el texto y mostrar algo más interesante. Para conseguirlo, necesitará activar artistic text shape tool, haciendo doble click en la nueva forma creada, o seleccionando en la barra de herramientas. Entonces podrá cambiar el texto a algo como esto.

Debido a que desea un texto cool, necesitará cambiar la fuente. Esto se consigue cambiando las propiedades en el contenedor shape properties, donde también podrá cambiar el estilo y la alineación que controlará la posición del texto sobre la vía.

Luego de cambiar la fuente a "Steve", el tamaño a 30pt, y negrita, tendrá algo así en su lienzo:

Path follower

Todavía es un texto bastante recto y plano. Ahora queremos curvarlo un poco. Para lograrlo, necesitaremos crear una vía usando Freehand Path Drawing Tool .

To associate the text with the curve, you need to activate the artistic text tool by double clicking on the text, or selecting .

Then, if you move the mouse on top of the curve you will see the cursor changing to a hand, you will need to doubleclick on the curve to attach the path. Using the offset in the Shape properties docker, you can adjust the text to get the following result:

You can detach the path by clicking on . You can translate, rotate and edit the text. If you change the curve, then the text will be updated.
