What's the difference between say, Rotate X, and Animate Rotate X?
EDIT: I think I figured it out. Apparently any "Animate" parameter will incrementally add that value to the equivalent parameter without "Animate" in the name on each frame, so it effectively determines the velocity with which that parameter will linearly change throughout the lifetime of the clip.
