Thanks for your contribution to KDEConnect. I am not sure I understand your comment about the links. You don't need special permissions to add links in UserBase: I have added a short description of the syntax in the Toolbox page. There is also a section on how to embed videos. If you ave any problems feel free to contact me.

Thanks for reaching out!

When I try to paste a link to a youtube video, I get: Error: The text you wanted to save was blocked by the spam filter. This is probably caused by a link to a blacklisted external site. The following text is what triggered our spam filter: youtu.be

However, the embedded video is 100x better than a link, and I am not blocked from that. (Maybe Youtube links are blocked to make fools like me embed the video instead? 🙂)

I'm glad it worked in the end. I am not aware of us doing any blocking of this kind, but our traffic does pass through Cloudflare (I think) - maybe that's where the blocking happens.
