My native language is English, but I speak some Spanish. I'm not really interested in translating, I'm more interested in seeing how your translation system works. (I'm one of Wikipedia/the Wikimedia Foundation's translation coordinators and want to see how you do things here.) Guillaume Paumier from our organization attend one of your conferences and thought we'd be interested in looking at how you guys do translations. :-) Cbrown1023 talk 06:48, 29 July 2010 (CEST) - Added by annew --Neverendingo 09:45, 4 August 2010 (CEST)

I have some experience with translating off-line in KDE but can't tell at this time what will be more convenient for me. No problem. Talk to us on #kde-www if you need help to decide - added to translator group --annew 10:38, 8 August 2010 (CEST)

I'm studying some tech pages for programming, that are only available in english. As I must translate them for my own needs with my basic skilled english knowledge and the help of google and some dictionarys, I can provide this also for the community. Actually I'm working on the tutorial for D-Bus (http://techbase.kde.org/Development/Tutorials/D-Bus/Introduction and the following ones). - Added to translator group. Unfortunately techbase doesn't have this translation system at the moment. There I think you simply translate by hitting the relevant red-link on the language bar. Any translations done on this older system will be imported when the new system is installed, so it won't be wasted. --annew 20:10, 8 August 2010 (CEST)
