Існує декілька сайтів, які пропонують імпортування даних календарів у форматі iCalendar, який розуміє KOrganizer. • icals.de - Collection of calendars in German language
• Bluap.nl - iCal & Calenders in Dutch language
• Project24 - a collection of dynamically generated calendars, such as local weather information, in English and German language

• Zaurus-sync, some scripts to synchronize Zaurus and KDE addressbook and KOrganizer
• Outlook2vCal is a tool for Microsoft Windows® to export data from Microsoft Outlook® as vCalendar in order to import it later to KDE's KOrganizer
