Як пересунути, обернути або змінити розміри аплету на стільниці?
Спочатку наведіть вказівник миші на аплет, над яким ви бажаєте виконати дію. У відповідь має з’явитися панель керування аплетом.
За допомогою панелі керування аплетом можна змінити розмір аплету, обернути його або пересунути аплет.
- Щоб пересунути аплет: наведіть вказівник миші на панель керування, натисніть ліву кнопку миші і перетягніть аплет у потрібне місце, відпустіть кнопку миші.
- Щоб обернути аплет: натисніть колову стрілку і перетягніть вказівник миші так, щоб аплет повернувся на потрібний вам кут
- Щоб змінити розміри аплету: натисніть піктограму з прямокутником і перетягніть вказівник миші так, щоб розміри змінилися належним чином. Щоб під час зміни розмірів зберігалося співвідношення висоти і ширини аплету, утримуйте під час перетягування клавішу Ctrl.
Як вилучити віджет?
Якщо аплет перебуває на панелі, наведіть на нього вказівник миші, клацніть правою кнопкою миші і виберіть у меню пункт . Якщо аплет розташовано на стільниці, ви можете скористатися одним з таких варіантів дій:

To do so, open up the panel controller (by clicking on the cashew or by right clicking on the panel and selecting <menuchoice>Panel Settings) and hover the mouse cursor over the applets. I am using two screens, and I used to have kicker over the two displays. Can I do that with Plasma?
No. The reason is that having a panel over two displays adds a great deal of complexity, especially when the two displays have different resolution. As a result of this added complexity, this feature would not be guaranteed to work in all cases, hence it was not implemented.

All Plasma panels live in one screen. If you want panels on multiple screens, you can add panels and drag them to your preferred location using the panel controller you get when clicking on the Plasma icon in "Unlocked" mode.
On multi screen setups, the ZUI operates on all screens, the Dashboard just on one. Why is that?
The workflows are different. When zooming out, the user wants to get an overview, therefore activities on all screens are zoomed out. Whereas when using the Dashboard, the user usually wants to access specific functionality and might not want to interrupt his or her workflow on other activities.
