(讀音'cute') 一個編寫跨平台程式的框架/工具包。很多跨平台程式比如Opera 瀏覽器，GoogleEarth和Skype都是採用Qt。 Qt 最初是由Trolltech開發, 如今Trolltech已經被Nokia公司收購。 Qt 構建了構建KDE軟體用的底層函數庫。
