(读音'cute') 一个编写跨平台程序的框架/工具包。很多跨平台程序比如 Opera 浏览器，GoogleEarth和Skype都是采用Qt。Qt 最初是由Trolltech开发, 如今Trolltech已经被Nokia公司收购。Qt 构建了构建KDE软件用的底层函数库。
