KRuler te dice exactamente donde están tus objetos en relación con los demás

KRuler muestra en la pantalla una regla para medir píxeles. La posición del 0 es el punto de partida (simplemente arrastra), y lee (en la parte izquierda de la regla) el número exacto de píxeles hasta tu cursor.

El menú contextual te permite

Cambiar la longitud de la regla
Cambiar la orientación de la regla
Cambiar el color y la fuente de la regla

Bring up the configuration dialog by selecting Configure KDE Screen Ruler...

In the configuration dialog you can configure the color and font of the ruler. In the Advanced group you can also decide, if the ruler should be Always on Top.
